1. Programs Accepted:
Quark 6.0 or 7.0
Photoshop 3.0 thru 5.0
Adobe Illustrator 6.0 thru 10.0
Corel Draw11
2. If possible, convert all files to Tif, PDF or EPS Format.
Please include all art and Screen and Printer fonts used.
3. If not converting to EPS or Tiff Format, you still need to include
all art and fonts.
4. The exception is: In Adobe Illustrator, you can
"Convert Text To Paths" (Outline art).
This can be found under the Type Menu: "Create Outline".
* Text will become an object and can no longer be edited as text. Do
not include fonts if you do this.
5. When assigning colors to art: Do not use process colors. We only
work in spot colors.
Changing colors will incur an Art Charge.

7. For PC Users we recommend the following:
a. Data Format saved in Binary
b. Send in Macintosh Format
c. Convert to an EPS, PDF or Tiff
d. Send Corel Draw File and Save Text as Curves
e. Scan art at 200% and save as an EPS or Tiff*
8. For incompatible programs, you can try EPS, PDF and Tiff Formats.*
*Following these instructions does not guarantee the art will
output.
Not all programs will successfully convert to art we can use.
If any of the above are not possible, please send CAMERA READY ART.
There is a charge for us to separate your art. To guarantee your job
has the correct appearance when printed,
A COMPOSITE is necessary with ALL JOBS.
E-Mail can sometimes be corrupted coming over the internet.
Some servers, such as America On Line,
corrupt more easily than others and have file size restrictions. To
avoid this, it is always safer to compress
your files. Programs such as "Win Zip" on PC's and "Stuffit"
for Mac's or any program that self-extracts will do.
